- #5642
- lazy-load `ValidationEntry.Model`
  - avoids `Exception`s when moving to a property that will not be validated

nits:
- remove duplicate code in `ValidationVisitor`
- clarify "all properties of" doc comments
  - also add missing `<param>` doc in `ViewDataInfo`
