Occurs on non windows system where Environment.NewLine is LF (1 symbol length) Unix, Linux, OS X etc. And options.ShowExceptionDetails is true.
Replaced number '2' to Environment.NewLine.Length.

the finalizer thread cleaning up safehandle classes needs
special handling

Praburaj 0b0b5837fd A few changes with this checkin 
1. Fixed the delete album action
2. Added a test for add to cart, checkout & delete an album scenarios.
