This is a code dump from tooling -> Razor

This service will exist to answer questions about syntax trees for the
editor. Right now I'm just moving in the code in the simplest way
possible. Tests + cleanup to follow.

The Razor syntax provides a fast, terse, clean and lightweight way to combine server code with HTML to create dynamic web content. This repo contains the parser and the C# code generator for the Razor syntax.
