N. Taylor Mullen cfd58f1747 React to aspnet/Razor#705 ... - Updated `ScriptTagHelper` and `LinkTagHelper` to maintain their quotes on generated script tags. - Removed `TagHelperOutputExtensions`. It's no longer needed. - We no longer string replace quotes directly.
