 - really seal `CachedModelMetadata.Properties`
- make a couple of test methods `public` (!!)
- add Microsoft.AspNet.PageExecutionInstrumentation to Mvc.sln
- remove `<RootNamespace/>`, `<ProjectExtensions/>`, etc. from .kproj files

ASP.NET MVC
