David Fowler 50b396cec6 Fixed race in sockets transport (#2279 ) - Based on the changes you made earlier (`f4d27e6`), we trigger OnConnectionClosed before the socket is disposed in the SocketTransport. Building from source

To run a complete build on command line only, execute build.cmd or build.sh without arguments. See developer documentation for more details.

Kestrel is available as a NuGet package.
