## Usage

The command line tools can be invoked as a subcommand of `dotnet`.

```sh
dotnet watch
dotnet user-secrets
dotnet sql-cache
dotnet dev-certs
```

Add `--help` to see more details. For example,

```
dotnet watch --help
```
