Arthur Vickers 840c226e28 Fix MusicStore tests 
Fixes #12097

The issue here is that the tests were incorrectly creating multiple instances of the same entity. This was being masked by a bug in EF which has just been fixed. The fix here is to not try to track multiple instances with the same ID.

* Add a target to publish MusicStore as part of E2E tests
* Publishing for x86 causes unit tests in MusicStore to have weird
reference issues. Removing these since they are very pretty low value.

Remove netcoreapp2.0 test TFMs (#6461) 
.NET Core 2.0 reached EOL last year. This removes multi-targeting our test projects and test assets to only use .NET Core 2.1 and .NET Framework 4.6.1.
