- wwwroot is now checked in and is source of truth for static files
- Moved TypeScript & Angular templates to ~/ng-apps
- Updated grunt config for above changes

2. Adding a Scripts folder like default VS projects.
3. Adding version numbers to GAC assemblies in the test project.
