Enable us to unit test `@Html...For()` methods
...
- add more `DefaultTemplatesUtilities.GetHtmlHelper()` overloads, all
returning a strongly-typed helper
- also correct that method to ensure template helpers each get a unique
`IHtmlHelper` instance
