[cleanup] Update .gitignore and reset .kproj files
...
- add a couple more exclusions to .gitignore (recent VS additions)
- remove `<ProjectExtensions/>` elements
- update files that don't have the correct output directories
- remove dangling PrecompilationWebSite.kproj file
