Praburaj 9048a9e445 Removing the default compile values. 
Anything specified in "compile" is expected to append to DNX defaults. So no need to specify **\*.cs

Praburaj 4ccf7b090b Fixing test helpers 
The command to execute tests have changed to dnx . test. As a result the path to dnx.exe cannot be retrieved from Environment.CommandLineArgs().

Changing the way to obtain path to dnx.exe.
