- Removed ConfigurationCommon/AuthenticatedEncryptorConfigurationExtensions
- Added IAuthenticatedEncryptorFactory and implementations
- Refactored IKey to have Descriptor instead of CreateEncryptorInstance()
- Handled Repository/Encryptor special logic
- Added samples
- Updated tests
